Description
A good chef’s knife can replace a set of knives in the kitchen, but this one is also designed to last a lifetime. Made by blacksmith workshop Master Shin’s Anvil which was founded in 1845, this Large Chef’s Knife is as beautifully crafted as it is easy to use. Each knife is designed by Master Shin In-Young and skillfully made by hand. While the blade is made from iron, the handle is manufactured from air-dried solid chestnut wood. The blade is extra-sharp and durable, cutting, chopping, and slicing an array of meat, produce and condiments with ease. Light as a feather but extremely tough and durable, the subtly rounded handle is water-resistant. A steel band completes this traditionally handcrafted chef’s knife.
