Hammered by hand a thousand times, the edge is extremely sharp and durable. Made from air-dried oak or chestnut wood, the rounded handle is lightweight, sturdy and water-resistant. Similarly to other knives from the same collection, this large paring knife features Master Shin In-Young’s signature X mark and traditional steel band that connects the blade and handle.
