Description
Discover the joy of cutting bread with a knife that was crafted using ancient techniques. Part of the Master Shin’s Anvil collection, this bread knife is the only one you’ll ever need to slice through bread like butter. The blade is non-serrated, meaning that it doesn’t tear through the bread. Instead, the knife relies only on its sharpness to cut smoothly. This Master Shin’s Anvil Bread Knife is perfect for both crusty and soft bread. Like other products from the same workshop, the knife is entirely crafted by hand. While the extra-sharp blade is made from reclaimed steel used for railroad tracks, the handle is made from chestnut or oak wood that has been dried in the shade for years. Lightweight but strong, the handle is also perfectly balanced, durable, and water-resistant.
