It comes from KNIndustrie’s collaboration with Coltelleria Berti and is forged from one piece of stainless steel, finished with a soft frost. The squared bolster anchors the grip; the slim handle rests lightly, without bulk.
At 7.7 oz (0.22 kg), it has just enough weight to guide clean cuts without tiring your hand. It’s the sort of knife you reach for when peeling apples at the counter or trimming beans for dinner. Made by hand in Italy. Best washed in warm water and dried with a towel. Technically dishwasher safe, but hand care keeps the edge longer.
