The BE–Knife peeling knife comes from KNIndustrie’s work with Coltelleria Berti, a family workshop in Italy. Made from one piece of stainless steel with a soft frosted finish, it feels smooth in hand. The squared bolster adds a bit of grip, almost like a thumb rest.
It’s short—just over 3 inches—and light enough to use almost like a pencil when carving garnishes or trimming vegetables. At the counter or over the sink, it’s quick, precise, and oddly satisfying.
Handmade in Italy. Rinse in warm water and dry with a towel; handwashing keeps the edge sharper than the dishwasher ever will.
