Each piece has the clean geometry of classic European blades, full stainless-steel construction, and a comfortable, well-balanced grip that feels steady from prep board to carving board.

The twelve knives cover every task in a cook’s week: chef’s and slicers for everyday prep, a serrated bread knife, boning and carving for proteins, a long ham/salmon slicer, tomato and vegetable specialists, and paring, peeling, and steak knives for detail work and the table. Made in Italy. Hand-wash and dry after use.
