Description
Bordallo Pinheiro’s Cabbage Bowls reproduce overlapping cabbage leaves in glazed earthenware, complete with raised veins, irregular edges, and layers of hand-painted green. Offered here in sets of four, they bring one of the Portuguese ceramics maker’s best-known motifs into sizes that can be used every day.
The Small bowls measure 4.7 inches across and are particularly useful for olives, nuts, dips, berries, or individual desserts. At 5.9 inches, the Medium moves easily between breakfast and dinner—use it for cereal, yogurt, soup, ice cream, or a side salad. The 8.9-inch Large provides substantially more room for pasta, grain bowls, salads, vegetables, or shared side dishes.
Made in Portugal from earthenware, each bowl has enough variation in its molded leaves and green finish to make a set feel lively on the table without sacrificing practical use.
All three sizes are dishwasher safe and suitable for microwave reheating. Avoid conventional oven use and sudden temperature changes.
