Description
Rounded glass shells nest around a luminous center in the Medusa Pendant Light. Designed by Italian lighting designer Carlo Nason and reintroduced by British brand Established & Sons, its jellyfish-inspired shape has depth that becomes especially apparent when illuminated: light passes through the overlapping curves, tracing the edges of each layer.
The diffuser is made from mouth-blown opaline glass in White Mist, with anodized aluminum components and a slender black suspension cable. An integrated 2700K LED provides warm, diffused illumination. Small variations in the glass reflect the making process.
Three sizes offer different ways to use the design. Small works beside a bed or repeated above a counter. Medium suits a dining nook, while Large gives a single pendant greater scale over a table or within a living space. Each comes with a cable that can be shortened during installation.
The ceiling canopy and LED driver are included. Medusa requires hardwired installation by a qualified electrician and is intended for indoor use. Suitable ceiling screws and anchors must be supplied separately.
