Description
Colored glass stripes follow the broad curves of the Filigrana Ellipse, meeting at the underside of its oval shade. The pendant was designed by Sebastian Wrong, the British designer who co-founded furniture and lighting brand Established & Sons.
Its pattern comes from a Venetian glassmaking technique dating to the sixteenth century. Colored glass is rolled into the shade during production, while mouth-blowing gives each piece small individual differences. An acid-etched surface softens the light and gives the glass a matte finish. The shade hangs from an adjustable, fabric-covered cable with an integrated steel suspension wire.
Choose black, blue, or red stripes in two sizes. The Small measures approximately 14.6 inches across and is a good option for a breakfast table or a pair of pendants along an island. At 17.7 inches across, the Large gives the rounded shape and striped pattern more room above a dining table or seating area.
This indoor pendant is supplied in the US 110/120V version and requires a separately purchased E26 LED bulb, up to 15W. Dimming requires a compatible dimmable bulb and wall dimmer. Hardwired installation by a qualified electrician is required.
