Filigrana

Fine glass stripes follow the rounded forms of Filigrana, a lighting collection designed by Sebastian Wrong for Established & Sons. Each shade is mouth-blown using a Venetian glassmaking technique that dates to the 16th century. Colored glass canes create the pattern, while an acid-etched finish produces soft, diffused light. Small variations in the stripes give each piece its own character.

The collection spans striped glass pendant lights, table lamps, and suspended clusters. Cylindrical, elliptical, and globe-shaped pendants offer different ways to light a dining table or kitchen island, either individually or in a group. The T2 and T6 table lamps bring the same glasswork to bedside tables, consoles, and living rooms. For larger spaces, clustered compositions play with the overlapping patterns of several shades, from smaller groupings to the nine-light Cloud. Simple shapes keep the focus on the glass, its color, and the work of the glassblower.
