Description
Colored glass stripes curve around the Filigrana T2, narrowing as they meet at the top of its rounded shade. British designer Sebastian Wrong created the lamp for Established & Sons, the furniture and lighting brand he co-founded. The pattern comes from a sixteenth-century Venetian glassmaking technique in which colored glass canes are rolled into the shade during production. Each shade is mouth-blown and acid-etched, giving the glass a matte surface that softens the light.
Three short cast-aluminum legs support the shade without adding much height. Measuring just over 10.6 inches tall, this striped glass table lamp works well on a bedside table, living-room shelf, or sideboard. Its included LED produces warm 2700K light, and a touch dimmer on the fabric-covered cord lets you adjust the brightness without reaching beneath the shade.
Choose black, blue, or red stripes, each paired with the same gray base. Small differences between shades are part of the mouth-blown production process. Designed for indoor use, the T2 is a corded lamp with a replaceable custom LED light source; replacements should match the manufacturer’s specified component.
