Description
The Bølling Tray Table in Oiled Beech is Hans Bølling’s 1963 Danish rolling tray table in one of its lightest wood expressions. Made to order by Brdr. Krüger in Denmark, the table combines a collapsible wooden H-frame, rolling casters, and two loose trays that can be lifted out for serving.
The oiled beech frame gives the table a pale, warm tone that works well in lighter interiors, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and informal entertaining areas. It is softer in character than oak or walnut, but still keeps the table’s structure clearly visible.
Two sizes are available. Small / 50 cm works well as a bedside table, compact side table, tea trolley, or mobile surface beside a lounge chair. Large / 60 cm gives more room for bottles, glassware, books, ceramics, or daily-use objects, making it the better choice as a bar cart or sofa-side table.
The tray sets are the functional center of the design. Laminate trays are reversible, with a different color on each side, allowing the table to shift from neutral to more expressive without changing the frame. The Wood veneer tray option gives the table a quieter, more material-focused look.
Use it as a bar cart, serving trolley, bedside table, side table, or flexible living-room piece. The frame folds for shipping and assembly, while the trays remain loose and removable. This is a made-to-order item, so customers should confirm the selected size, tray set, lead time, cancellation terms, and return policy before ordering.
