Description
The TRIIIO Dining Table is a round Danish dining table by architect and designer Hans Bølling for Brdr. Krüger. First sketched in 1958, the design centers on a three-part wood base that twists and interlocks beneath the tabletop.
The base is the table’s defining feature. Three solid wood legs meet in a branching structure that gives the table visual movement while keeping the round top balanced. Brass fittings add a refined transition between the base and the tabletop on the glass versions.
The Clear Glass Top and Bronze Glass Top versions have a 53.1″ diameter, giving the table a generous circular surface while keeping the base visible from above. Clear glass creates the lightest expression and shows the joinery most directly. Bronze glass adds warmth and softens the contrast between wood and tabletop.
The Solid Wood Top version is smaller in diameter at 47.2″ and has a more continuous wood presence. It is a good choice when you want the TRIIIO base but prefer a full wood dining surface rather than glass.
Choose Oiled Oak for a lighter Danish wood tone, Oiled Fumed Oak for a deeper brown finish, or Oiled Walnut for the richest wood expression. Walnut is available only with the glass top options in the supplied 2Modern assortment. Solid Wood Top is available only in Oiled Oak and Oiled Fumed Oak. The table is made to order in Denmark and ships flat-packed. Because tabletop and wood finish change both the size and the character of the table.
