Description
The Kaweco Liliput Brass Ballpoint Pen reduces a retractable writing instrument to a slim metal body measuring less than four inches long. Its compact size fits easily into a small pen case, notebook pouch, jacket pocket, or desk organizer.
The body is made from untreated, lead-free German Eco brass. Handling gradually darkens the surface and produces marks, tonal changes, and polished areas where the pen is held most often. This evolving patina is an expected characteristic of the material, making each pen more individual over time.
A heart-curve push mechanism extends and retracts the writing tip with a controlled, quiet action. At 21.9 grams, the Liliput has a noticeable metal feel without the greater weight and diameter of Kaweco’s Brass Sport ballpoint.
The pen arrives with a blue 1.0 mm D1 refill. Its ink meets the ISO 12757-2 standard for document use. Compatible Kaweco replacements are available in blue and black with 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.2 mm line widths, along with additional specialty refills.
Silver-tone details include the push button, writing tip, and Kaweco logo cap. A clip is not included, but a ballpoint-specific Liliput clip is available separately in bronze, silver, or black.
