The BE–Knife Slicer, from KNIndustrie’s collaboration with Coltelleria Berti, is forged from one piece of stainless steel with a frosted finish. The squared bolster offers a natural grip point, while the handle feels light but stable.
At nearly 10 inches in length, the blade works best with a gentle draw—ideal for salmon, ham, or roasts. It’s slim enough to avoid tearing, long enough to carry a slice cleanly in one motion. The knife weighs about 9.8 oz (0.28 kg), giving it just enough heft to stay steady without slowing the cut.
Handmade in Italy. Wash in warm water and dry with a towel; dishwasher safe, though handwashing is kinder to the edge.

Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
