Sun-Light of Love turns metal into a burst of quiet radiance. Dutch designer Tord Boontje arranged dozens of slender aluminum “rays” around a fixed LED core, so the shade reads like a frozen sunflare—no clear inside or outside, just light slipping between petals and scattering soft shadows across the room.
At about 24″ in diameter, the pendant holds its own above a dining table or floating in a double-height foyer. The integrated LED (CRI 90, warm 2700 K) shines downward in a gentle pool while back-lighting the filaments, giving the piece depth without glare. A frosted diffuser caps the bottom, keeping the view tidy from below.
Choose satin White for an airy feel or Gold for a warmer, more dramatic presence. Each fixture is built and finished in Italy by Foscarini, then shipped with an adjustable suspension cable and a ceiling canopy that hides the driver—no extra boxes cluttering the line.

Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
