Designed in 1985 by Norwegian designer Per Øie, the stool allows for a wide range of movement and enables users to easily switch from sitting to almost standing. Ideal for both traditional desks and standing desks, this sit-stand stool helps you boost your productivity while also assisting you in improving your posture. Made in Germany, the gas lift mechanism moves the seat smoothly up and down as needed. Sculpted in an ergonomic shape, the foam seat provides perfect support, regardless of the sitting position. The circular base is made from beech plywood with a manually sanded ash veneer and features a water-based lacquer coating. On the seat, the Kvadrat textile is not only soft and durable, but also eco-friendly as it’s manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester.
