Description

Doubling as ethereal wall art, Va Lentina from the Karman collection delights day and night. Designed by Matteo Ugolini, this wall light takes inspiration from nature and recreates the shape of a delicate leaf that insects and snails have begun to slowly devour. Manufactured from lightweight aluminum, the wall-mounted light has a lacquered white finish. The LED light illuminates from behind the leaf, creating a soft direct and indirect glow on a wall. Va Lentina works beautifully on its own, in a set, or alongside other items that help to create a whimsical story.

Matteo Ugolini was born in Pesaro, Italy. He gratuated at Centro Sperimentale Design of Ancona. Upon graduation, he started collaborating with Studio Telemaco, developing furniture and accessories for a variety of design/architectural projects.
