Helmut the Pig is a large, exceptionally soft stuffed animal designed and developed in France by Adada. Made from OEKO-TEX 100 certified knitted fabric, Helmut has a wonderfully simple silhouette, hand-embroidered face and paws, and a soft, floppy construction made for cuddling. At 15 inches tall, he also has enough presence to work as a playful accent in a nursery or children’s room.

Description

Helmut is a pig stripped down to the essentials: a round snout, small ears, sturdy little legs, and an expression that somehow manages to look both serious and extremely huggable.

Designed and developed in France by Adada, this large version measures 15 inches from head to toe. Its knitted fabric is made in France from a blend of 75% cotton and 25% polyester and carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. The face and paws are embroidered by hand, keeping the design tactile and understated without relying on plastic eyes or added decorative pieces.

The generous size makes Helmut especially satisfying as a bedtime companion, but he is just as convincing sitting on a nursery shelf, tucked into an armchair, or waiting at the end of a child’s bed. The muted Beige Pink color gives the pig character without turning it into the usual candy-colored children’s toy.

Helmut is filled with soft polyester stuffing and has been laboratory tested to European EN71 standards and US CPSIA requirements, making him suitable from birth. And because even well-behaved pigs eventually get dirty, Helmut can be machine washed at 30°C and tumble dried to help restore his original shape
