The Tom Dixon Bump collection celebrates the ritualistic nature of tea making via creative design. The line also draws inspiration from the glassware found in science labs. As a result, the Bump Tea Cup Set makes a strong first impression and delights the senses. The cups boasts the line’s signature blend of spherical and tubular forms as well as different colors. On the bottom, the usually clear borosilicate glass features a black opaque color, while the top has clear color. The tea cups are made from mouth-blown and heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which is normally found in science laboratories. This Bump Tea Cup set comes with two cups. A matching tea pot and glasses are also available.

Born in Tunisia in 1959, British designer Tom Dixon moved to the UK in 1963. A self-taught designer, he became well-known in the mid ‘80s thanks to a series of welded furniture made of found and salvaged materials.
