The Bump Jug proves once and for all that minimalist objects can have plenty of charm and character. Designed by Tom Dixon, the Bump line provides a playful take on scientific glass objects. At the same time, the collection offers a new perspective on daily rituals. Spherical shapes and tubular forms provide the building blocks for the Bump Jug. Handmade from the same glass used to make laboratory flasks, the borosilicate glass jug is both durable and heat-resistant. Apart from its striking silhouette, the jug also boasts beautiful colors: gray and light green. Use the Bump Jug on its own or with the tall or short glasses from the same collection.

Born in Tunisia in 1959, British designer Tom Dixon moved to the UK in 1963. A self-taught designer, he became well-known in the mid ‘80s thanks to a series of welded furniture made of found and salvaged materials.
