Description
Portable table lamp, Melt Portable Light takes the familiar Melt orb and puts it on a rechargeable base. In daylight the surface is a dark mirror; switch it on and the glass turns translucent with that liquid, swirling “melted” look—like a captured ember inside a bubble.
It’s cordless and meant to wander: bedside, bookshelf, dinner table, balcony on a calm night. Touch controls handle dimming, and Tom Dixon lists 8–10 hours of light per charge, recharging by USB. Copper shown; available in multiple finishes and sizes.
