This vegetable knife comes from KNIndustrie’s partnership with Coltelleria Berti, a workshop that’s been making blades in Italy for generations. Forged from one piece of stainless steel with a soft frosted finish, it has a squared bolster that settles the grip without getting in the way.
At just 7.7 oz (0.22 kg) it’s easy to keep moving—peeling apples in the air, trimming herbs, or cutting peppers into strips. The edge stays flat to the board, so slices come out even instead of rocking side to side.
Handmade in Italy. Wash in warm water and dry with a towel; dishwasher safe, though hand care will keep the edge sharper longer.
