To celebrate 100 years of the Bauhaus (1919–2019), IC Design has recreated a set of 12 wooden Christmas ornaments. Their geometric shapes are reminiscent of the avant-garde aesthetic, drawing parallels to Oskar Schlemmer’s Triadic Ballet costumes. The designs were rediscovered in the collection of a Cologne architect who had sourced pieces directly from the Bauhaus. Handcrafted in Germany’s Black Forest, this set of 12 ornaments is presented in a gift box, paying tribute to the timeless principles of Bauhaus design.
