This long-handled pan comes in two sizes, to suit a wide variety of needs. Made to handle the heat in the kitchen, the Convivio Frying Pan suits induction cooking thanks to a magnetic steel bottom. The interior features a glossy ceramic coating that makes the pan non-stick and thus easy to clean. Crafted from a blend of stainless and aluminum, this pan comes with a PVD coating on the handle with a matte finish and a tactile feel.
