Crafted with versatility in mind, the multiply (aluminum and stainless steel) saucepan features a magnetic steel bottom which makes it suitable to use on induction stoves. The stainless steel handle boasts a PVD coating for durability and resistance to daily wear.  Like its name suggests, the Alessi Convivio Saucepan is perfect for sauces and gravy, but you can also use it for soups or small-batch braising and stews.
