Arthus the Fox is the kind of stuffed animal adults won’t feel compelled to hide when the toys are put away. Designed by ADADA founder and interior designer Véronique Lacaze, the fox has a wonderfully pared-back shape, with oversized pointed ears, long limbs, an inquisitive expression, and just enough character to make him immediately recognizable.

Made from soft velour jersey with a GOTS-certified 80% cotton and 20% polyester composition, Arthus is finished with hand-embroidered details on the face and paws. At almost 19 inches tall, he’s generously sized for hugging, carrying around the house, or sitting on a bed or nursery shelf.

Choose Tobacco for a warm, earthy take on the traditional fox or Night Blue for something decidedly less conventional. Arthus can also be dressed in ADADA’s striped sailor shirt, adding another bit of French character to an already unusually stylish companion.
