Description
The F Dining Armchair is a Danish dining chair by Rasmus Bækkel Fex for Brdr. Krüger. It takes the direct, functional language of the traditional Shaker chair and sharpens it into a clean contemporary form, with a solid oak frame, woven seat, and integrated armrests.
The chair is built for dining rooms, workspaces, meeting rooms, and hospitality settings where a chair has to be useful for more than a short sit. The backrest is slightly reclined, the seat is handwoven, and the armrests give extra support without making the chair visually heavy. The arms sit low enough to keep the chair close to the table in most dining setups.
The frame is made from solid European oak with an oak veneer back panel. It is available in oiled oak, oiled fumed oak, or lacquered oak in black, green, or red. Oiled Oak gives the chair its lightest wood expression. Oiled Fumed Oak is deeper and warmer. The lacquered versions create a stronger graphic line and pair well with the matching colored webbing or the more traditional paper cord seat.
Seat options change both comfort and character. Natural Paper Cord gives the chair a classic Danish woven surface. Natural Linen Webbing has a softer textile feel. Black, Green, and Red Webbing create a more tonal version, with the seat coordinated to the frame color on the lacquered finishes.
