Ferruccio Laviani’s Tonda pairs artisan glass—white at the crown, gradually clearing toward the base—with an aluminum band that both cradles and balances the sphere. No two domes tint quite the same; each carries the slight drift of color that comes from hand work, so the light feels warmer, more lived-in, than a machine-perfect orb.
From a distance you notice the line first: that clean, graphic loop framing the glass. Up close you see how the gradient shifts the beam—diffused glow above the ring, clear spill below. Choose the satin band in Matte White, Soft Grey, or Terra Red and hang the 12-inch or 16-inch globe over a dining table, reading corner, or entryway. A dimmable E26 LED keeps energy use low while letting the glass shine.

Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
