Description
The ovject Thin-Edge Enamel Bowl is made from 0.8 mm enamel-coated steel, giving it the clean surface of enamel with the strength and lightness of metal. Each bowl is individually enameled, which allows for a thinner lip than many standard enamelware pieces.
The bowl is designed for both serving and cooking. Use it at the table for salads, fruit, vegetables, noodles, sides, and shared dishes, or heat food directly over a gas flame or in the oven. The 30 cm, 24 cm, and 18 cm sizes are also compatible with IH / induction stovetops. The 12.5 cm size is not listed for IH / induction use.
The four sizes cover different needs. The 30 cm bowl works for large salads, shared dishes, and tabletop serving. The 24 cm size is a practical everyday bowl for meals, prep, and family-style dishes. The 18 cm size is useful for sides, fruit, soup, and smaller portions. The 12.5 cm size works well for condiments, snacks, small prep tasks, and individual servings.
A same-size ovject Enamel Rim Plate can be used as a simple lid, making the bowl more useful for covered storage, reheating, or serving outdoors. The plate is sold separately.
Available in Matte Black, Matte White, Matte Gray, and Matte Light Blue, the bowls can be kept monochrome or mixed across sizes. They are not dishwasher safe and not microwave safe. Hand wash and dry thoroughly after use, and avoid hard impacts that may chip the enamel surface.
