The Taper Cube Box Wall Shelf by Form & Refine is a compact stainless steel shelving unit designed by Jonas Herman of Herman Studio.

Made from brushed stainless steel, the cube has a clean industrial look with softened edges and precise bent details. The front edges are gently rounded, giving the steel a smoother finish while keeping the structure crisp and functional.

The box format makes it useful in small spaces. Mount it next to a bed as a nightstand alternative, use it in an entryway for daily objects, place it in a bathroom, or install it in a living area for books, ceramics, and smaller display pieces. Its 28 cm / 11 in depth gives it more storage capacity than a shallow shelf, without taking up floor space.

The angled brackets at the back add stability while keeping the front open. The shelf can be used alone as a single wall-mounted unit or combined with others for a larger modular arrangement.
