Created for gas and induction hobs, the Tala Glass Tajine Pot comes with a flame diffuser that spreads the heat evenly. The design optimizes not only the release of flavors, but also the cooking time. The wide base ensures that dishes cook steadily, allowing the aromas to develop. Thanks to the use of pure, lead-free borosilicate glass, the pot needs little fat, doesn’t make the food stick, and doesn’t absorb odors like terracotta pots.
The lid features an elongated neck with a perforated thimble that releases some of the steam to prevent over-pressure, but also condenses it for healthy steam cooking. Additionally, the use of transparent glass provides an easy way to check the tajine without opening the pot to see if you need to add extra liquid. Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
