From fancy dinners to movies on the sofa, the Serax Surface Bowl L is perfect to complement good food. Designed with a larger size, this bowl suits a variety of dishes, from fresh salads to snacks and rice for a group of people. Sergio Herman designed the bowl with deep colors and textures that pay homage to his homeland of Zeeland and its untouched landscapes. The colors range from muted green to rusty brown and dark gray, but all of these hues feature organic patterns and color variations. Made from quality stoneware, the Serax Surface Bowl L boasts a smooth glazed surface. You can safely use it in an oven or microwave, although this ceramic bowl is not suitable for salamander ovens. Smaller bowl sizes from the Surface collection are also available.

Sergio Herman (1970) is a Dutch chef, entrepreneur, and designer. Born in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, he started his career in his family’s restaurant, Oud Sluis. He received three Michelin stars by 2005 and was named Chef of the Year twice by GaultMillau.
