In 2017, Finland celebrated 100 years of independence. That same year, Nikari turned 50. To mark both occasions, the furniture brand launched the Storia Koti series, which pays homage to Finnish heritage and craftsmanship as well as to the concept of “home.” Created by Laura Mattila and Mikko Merz, the Storia Koti Table features a traditional solid wood build with classic joinery and a wood oil mix finish that highlights the features of the natural material. Minimalist and easy to bring into any kind of decor, the table is suitable for kitchens and dining rooms as well as creative studios and offices. The birch, ash, or oak wood build ensures that Storia Koti Table will stand the test of time and look elegant in the process.
