The March Wall Bench shows the best of multi-functional design. Part of the 12 Designs for Nature series, this product celebrates the design philosophy of Finnish furniture brand Nikari. The bench combines a traditional wood build with a minimalist and practical design. Designed by Martí Guixé, the March Wall Bench doubles as seating and a convenient shelf. The innovative joinery allows the user to assemble the product quickly – and use it straight away. For safety reasons, the wall bench should always be fixed to the wall. Crafted from solid oak, this product features a natural wood oil mix finish. Other designs from the same line are also available.

Martí Guixé

Born in 1964 in Barcelona, Spain, Martí Guixé graduated with a degree in interior design from the Elislava school of design in 1985. The following year, he moved to Italy to study industrial design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. After two years in South Korea, he returned to Barcelona where he opened his own studio.
