Description
The Uneven Stripes Doormat plays a good trick: every line is straight, but the pattern still seems to shift under your eyes. It looks like a checkerboard seen through venetian blinds, or a striped textile folded into blocks. A little psychedelic, yes — but well dressed. The kind of pattern that can sit in front of a glass-walled modern house, a Hamptons entry, or a quiet concrete porch and make the whole doorway feel less predictable.
The surface is durable natural coir, made to brush dirt from shoes before it gets inside. Underneath, a sturdy rubberized backing gives the mat grip and a firmer feel at the threshold. Shake it, brush it, or vacuum it to clean. Available in four sizes. Best used under cover or in a dry area.
