Cooking is much easier when you have the right tools, but the Mono SK59 set also takes the cake in the looks department. Designed by Gido Wahrmann for Mono, the SK59 series features futuristic handles with angular shapes. A perfect blend of high-end design and cutting-edge technology, these knives are ultra-sharp. Each blade is crafted from high-performance Sandvik 12C27™ steel hardened to 59 Rockwell. This means that the knives are durable and flexible as well as corrosion-resistant and non-porous. For the handles, Mono used polyamide-reinforced fiberglass that is both lightweight and strong. Thanks to their ergonomic shape, the handles are a joy to hold while preparing food. The Mono SK59 Set of 3 comprises a chef’s knife, a ham knife and a utility knife. Perfect as a gift for a cook who also loves contemporary design. Made in Germany.
