Softmesh folds like a cloth, but its cleaning surface consists of 6,980 interlocking stainless steel rings. Developed in-house by Mono, the German cutlery and kitchenware brand, this reusable chainmail scrubber tackles baked-on food in uncoated pots and pans, on baking trays, and on grill grates. Each ring is individually welded to form a flexible mesh without sharp edges.
The approximately 9.8-inch square can be gathered in the hand for scrubbing or placed inside a decanter or vase. To clean the inside of a vessel, add water and a little dish soap, swirl the mesh around the interior, then remove it and rinse. After cleaning, the 18/10 stainless steel mesh can go in the dishwasher; a corner eyelet makes it easy to hang between uses.
Do not use on nonstick or other coated cookware.
