Inspired by Jupiter, this refined wall clock provides an elegant way to track the passage of time. Designer Noriko Hashida has won multiple awards and she is also a Good Design Award Japan juror. For this timepiece, she has translated the flow of time into a dynamic design with sweeping relief lines that also refer to the clouds of the gas giant. Crafted by hand from fine porcelain, the clock features artistic lines that curve across the dial and also divide the outside edge into 12 equal parts. The dial also features three thin steel hands, including a sweep second hand that moves across the face with a smooth, silent movement. Handmade by experienced artisans in Toyama, Japan, this clock is perfect for residential, commercial, or office spaces.
