Lemnos Lemnos Clouded Moon Clock

Clouds moving across a full moon provided the source of inspiration for this Lemnos clock. Designed by award-winning designer and Good Design Award jury member Noriko Hashida, the Clouded Moon clock transforms the passage of time into a graceful work of art. The white porcelain dial features dynamic relief lines that curve and form angular shapes to remind of the changing appearance of passing clouds in the night’s sky. These lines also divide the outer circumference of the dial in 12 equal sections. Three slender hands made of steel complete the minimal design. Like other Lemnos timepieces, this wall clock comes with a silent sweep second movement. Handmade by craftsmen in Toyama Japan.
