It’s made from six notched brass bars which interlock perfectly and can be easily taken apart to be assembled again. Milled with precision by a skilled machinist, the puzzle also features bull-nose ends which are lathe-cut. Manufactured from solid cartridge brass, Jack Puzzle weighs 1 lb and measures 3’’ x 3’’ x 3’’ when assembled.
