Description

Thumb and two fingers through the brass loop; the board moves from counter to table in one easy lift.

Designed by Aaron Probyn, the Heath boards are cut from sustainably sourced American maple with a solid brass handle. Maple’s tight, pale grain takes knife work well and—oiled now and then—stays smooth. The edges are eased, so the board feels good in hand, not blocky.

Shapes suit different jobs: Round under a boule or cake, Rectangle for daily prep, Wide Pill for cheeses, Long Pill for a row of snacks or petite sandwiches. Brass earns a soft patina over time—part of the charm—and the loop doubles as a hang point.
