Designed in a collaboration between Chef Gennaro Esposito and Blueside Design, this serving dish offers a creative way to present canapés in an appetizing way. At the same time, the sphere adds a theatrical effect to the dining experience by making the food seem like it’s suspended in the air. Made from borosilicate glass, the serving sphere features nine “caves” that provide space for a wide variety of dishes, or simply items like flowers, petals, nuts, or festive decorations. The opening at the top provides an easy and comfortable way to move the sphere from the kitchen to the dining table. The Gennaro serving dish also comes in a larger version with 32 compartments.
