Italian designer Corrado Dotti was born in Brescia in 1970. After graduating with a degree in Industrial Design from the International College of Arts and Sciences in Milan, he worked for several years as a Senior Designer in the studio of architect Matteo Thun before joining Armani Casa. In 2009, he founded his own studio, Corrado Dotti Design and Architecture. The Milan-based firm specializes in product and lighting design, interior design, and creative direction. Sources of inspiration include simple geometric forms and patterns found in nature, with products also highlighting the complementary relationship between different quality materials. Refined and minimalist, the designer’s work is versatile as well as timeless. Corrado Dotti has received several awards for his designs, including the 2020 Design Plus award and the 2021 Gold German Design Award.
