Shipping:
Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris. If you need additional delivery options, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected].
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please inform us within 48 hours. Regrettably, we cannot accept cancellations for custom-made items after 48 hours. I recently got my hands on this super cool Blockitecture Big City set from Gessato and let me tell you, it’s amazeballs!
I’ve spent hours building and rebuilding my own little metropolis, and even my kids have joined in on the fun. It’s been an awesome bonding experience, and it’s sparked some really cool convos about architecture and city planning.
The quality of the blocks is top-notch, and they feel really sturdy in your hands. I can tell they’re gonna last for a looong time. Plus, the colors are vibrant and make for a stunning display on our shelf when we’re not playing with it. 🌈
