Shipping:

Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.

Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)

What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris. If you need additional delivery options, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected].


Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please inform us within 48 hours. Regrettably, we cannot accept cancellations for custom-made items after 48 hours.     Riki Watanabe (1911–2013) was a celebrated industrial designer and a leading figure of Japanese modernism. Born in Tokyo, he completed studies in woodworking in 1936, after which he worked as an assistant professor at Tokyo University.
