A joint project between KNIndustrie and Coltelleria Berti, the BE–Knife bread knife carries forward more than a century of Italian craft. Forged from a single piece of brushed stainless steel, it has a squared bolster that flows into a handle tapering gently in hand.
The serrations are cut for a steady glide—little force, no tearing—so baguettes and country loaves slice without collapse. It’s just as good on tomatoes, citrus, or a layered sponge.
