Description
Inspired by tradition, designed for modern living. The Venere Glass Cooking Pot for Legumes references the wine flasks used for the cooking of beans on stoves in rural areas of Tuscany. The name also gives a nod to Venus, the Roman goddess of love and fertility. Beautifully shaped in the form of a sphere, this cooking pot was designed by Piercarlo Crachi. The long neck with a wide opening along with the included funnel offers an easy way to fill the vessel with pre-soaked legumes.
Suitable for gas, electric and infrared cooktops, this glass pot comes with a heat diffuser that spreads the heat evenly across the base. A natural cork stopper with a borosilicate glass vent ensures that the legumes cook quickly. Additionally, Blueside Design includes a handmade glass ladle for taste tests during the cooking process. Perfect for 6 servings, the Venere Glass Cooking Pot for Legumes can hold a maximum 400 g of legumes and 1.2 L of water. Like other glassware products from the brand, this glass pot is high-quality and crafted by hand in Italy from durable borosilicate glass.
