Art, freedom, movement, and the beauty of nature. The Vuelo Cushion is more than just a striking accent pillow – it brings the bird sketches of esteemed architect Jørn Utzon to life. Originally created at Can Lis, the architect’s family home in Mallorca, Spain, the sketches capture several birds in flight. Here, Ferm Living reproduces the dynamic artworks in fine cotton thread embroidery that contrasts the color of the chambray cotton-linen fabric. The cushion also features a feather and down filling that is soft yet provides support and maintains the shape of the cushion. Named after the Spanish word for ‘flight’, the Vuelo Cushion reflects Jørn Utzon’s love of fluid forms, nature, and tactile materials. This design comes in versatile Natural and Elm Green versions.
