Description
Tricot is a hand-woven wool rug built on a ribbed structure, with fine Tencel threads running both vertically and horizontally across the surface. These thinner strands sit just beneath the wool ribs, creating a tight grid that you notice more by touch and light than by pattern.
The surface feels compact and steady underfoot. The ribs give the rug a subtle relief, while the Tencel threads introduce a faint contrast that shifts as you move around the room. Up close, the weave reads precise and dense. From a distance, it settles into a uniform field.
The texture stays consistent across the rug, with small variations that come from the hand process rather than repetition. The edges remain clean and simple, keeping the focus on the weave itself.

Gessato Design Store proudly offers Standard Delivery.
Delivery: Our standard shipping provides delivery to the front door of your residence or the dock of a commercial building. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully transport the item(s) from the truck to the first available dry, protected area outside your premises (front porch, garage, etc.)
What's Included: Standard delivery includes delivery to the front door. For multi-unit buildings, the order may be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to individual apartment doors. In some instances, a signature may be required. Please note, this option does not include inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packing debris.
